A Preventative Maintenance is like a check-up for your A/C system. Our technician with thoroughly inspect your whole system, both indoor and outdoor units, making sure nothing is weakening your air conditioner's performance. Our upfront, flat rate pricing ensures that there will be no surprises once the work is complete. $149.00 is the price for a single maintenance and is due upon completion.

We recommend a yearly maintenance on each unit to prevent further problems, costing you time, money and comfort in the future.

At each appointment our technician will:

• Inspect coolant levels & pressure to ensure peak performance for your home
• Check & adjust thermostat
• Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
• Check duct system
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Inspect indoor blower and motor
• Inspect and clean condenser
• Inspect condensate drain
• Inspect outdoor disconnect
• Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
• Inspect compressor and start components

When completed, you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
